Terms and Conditions for Using ASSETS ezMart

The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refers to ASSETS which is collecting personal data from you or about you.

What personal data we collect

We collect personal data about you and/or other persons. Examples of personal data include but are not limited to your name, home address, email address, contact numbers.

If you provide your personal data, it means that you consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your personal data for the purposes set out in this policy.

If you provide the personal data of anyone else (such as your colleagues), it means that you have obtained his/her consent to our collection, use and disclosure of his/her personal data for the purposes set out in this policy or that you validly give us such consent on their behalf.

Our purposes for collection, use and disclosure of personal data

The personal data that we collect is used for the following purposes:

• Assisting in processing access to our bulk purchasing portal
• Contacting with respect to such access
• Complying with our internal policies, procedures and directives
• Any other purposes relating to or arising out of all the above.

We may disclose the personal data collected to third parties, whether located in Singapore or elsewhere, to achieve the purposes stated in this policy. Such third parties include:

• Other companies or Associations
• Third parties that introduced or referred you to us
• Regulatory authorities, any statutory bodies or public agencies for the purposes of complying with their respective requirements, policies and directives or to seek information.

We may also collect, use and disclose personal data where required or permitted by law for any purpose.

In summary, this means:

• The collection, use and/or disclosure of personal data would be for the purpose(s) for which consent has been given;
• Steps would be taken to ensure accuracy and completeness for personal data when personal data is used or disclosed to third parties;
• Security arrangements would be made to protect personal data;

Retention of personal data

We will retain personal data for a reasonable period in accordance with our legal and business purposes.

Transactions made between Vendors and Preschool Centres

1. In the event that an order cannot be fulfilled on time or if there’s unacceptable quality of product, the Vendor bears the full responsibility in refunding the centre with an equivalent amount of what the centre has paid. ASSETS will only facilitate the collation of orders and provide the reminders to the centres to make the necessary payments. ASSETS is not responsible for any credit worthiness of any preschool brand.
2. The Vendor shall maintain the accuracy of the information (this includes their minimum delivery order) listed on the ASSETS ezMart

Amendments and updates

We may amend this terms and conditions from time to time and will notify you via email. Each time we collect, use or disclose personal data, the latest version of this document in force at the time will apply.

Your consent shall remain valid until it is withdrawn by you with written notice.
